
Today was my first day on the street. Before I could get started though, I had to make a trip to the bakery and buy hot dog buns. Then I had to buy ice for the cooler. Next, stop at the bank to get bills and quarters to make change. Now chop onions and peppers, and prepare Grilla Ray's Famous Tropical Jalapeno Salsa. Click on the picture for a map to the location.
Needless to say I was in a hurry to get downtown and set up. Oops! I left all my tongs and utensils in the dishwasher. Luckily my friend Roy Howdy was close by and came to my rescue. All things considered it was a pretty good day, and my friend Joe came over to buy the first Famous Grilla. My wife says she will frame that first dollar for good luck. I'm sure my luck will get a lot better once I get the logistics sorted out.
