Party on Wayne. Party on Garth. It’s Mardi Gras!



Today is your last chance to kick it, for tomorrow is Ash Wednesday. If I had the lunch wagon out today, I would probably work up a special Jambalaya Dog or a Sausage Etouffee to honor the celebrations.


Grilla Ray’s still has to get a couple more permits before we can hit the streets, but I have been working on some of our offerings. Check out this preview of coming attractions:


Original Grilla
All beef Jumbo Frank, crisp Bacon slice, yellow Mustard, loaded with Grilla Ray’s original Mango Jalapeno Salsa on a fresh baked soft steamed Poppyseed bun.

New York Grilla
All beef Jumbo Frank, yellow Mustard, loaded with chopped Onion Relish, Sauerkraut on a fresh baked soft steamed Poppyseed bun.

Chicago Grilla
All beef Jumbo Frank, yellow Mustard, loaded with sweet Neon-green Relish, chopped Onions, Tomato wedges, Cucumber slice, Dill pickle spear, sport Peppers, and celery salt on a fresh baked soft steamed Poppyseed bun.

Appalachia Grilla
All beef Jumbo Frank, crisp Bacon slice, yellow Mustard, loaded with Coleslaw, and Jalapenos on a fresh baked soft steamed Poppyseed bun.

Mediterranean Grilla
All beef Jumbo Frank, yellow Mustard, loaded with Tabouli salad on a fresh baked soft steamed Poppyseed bun.

Polska Grilla
All pork Smoked Kielbasa, yellow Mustard, loaded with Grilled onion & Bell pepper slices, Sauerkraut, and Dill pickle on a fresh baked Hoagie roll.

Sheboygan Grilla (It's just fun to say Sheboygan.)
